|  Plug iPhone 4 and Run iPhone 4 to Computer Transfer
Install and run the Cucusoft iPhone to Computer Transfer, then plug your iPhone 4 in to the computer via USB cable. It will auto-scan the iPhone 4 on your PC. If the iPhone is enabled, the files (songs/movies/photos) will be shown in the list.
Note: Normally, iTunes will be auto-run first. In iTunes, make sure that "Enable disk use" has been checked in the iPhone Options.
 Select Files to Transfer from iPhone 4 to Computer
From this list, you can now select and checkmark the files you want to back up from iPhone 4.
Note: Free Trial Version can only export first 3 files per playlist for your evaluation every time you use it.
 Click "Start Transfer"
You just need to click the button "Start Transfer". After that, a pop up will show. You have two choice, 1. Transfer to Disk only. 2. Transfer to iTunes. You can choose "Transfer to Disk Only". And the iPhone 4 will be transferred to computer.
Now, you can enjoy your iPhone 4 Video/Songs/Photos etc on your computer.
